Dear Amerex Distributor
It is with bittersweet emotions that I am writing to announce that John Fleming has announced his intention to retire on December 31, 2018 after spending the past 21 years representing Amerex as the Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest Region.
Bittersweet because we will all miss John greatly, but also happy for John to finally get to spend some much deserved quality time with his family. John has always managed both his career and his family life as a complete professional and a gentleman, and he will be sorely missed by his customers and fellow Amerex employees.
We wish nothing but happiness and blessings for John and his family as he enters this next exciting phase of his life!
At the same time, I would like to announce that Garth Embree will be moving into the Regional Sales Manager position effective September 1, 2018. Garth is already well known to all our customers in the Southwest Region, having spent the last 12 years with Amerex as the Branch Manager in California. Garth also spent many years on the distribution side of the business, and is experienced in sales, installation, service and maintenance of both portable fire extinguishers and suppression systems, and I’m sure he will prove to be a great asset to his customers.
John and Garth will be working together over the next 4 months to insure a smooth transition as Garth enters into his new role and will be stopping in to see many of you soon.
Please join me in wishing John a fond farewell and best wishes in his retirement, and to congratulate Garth on his new role with Amerex!
