With the new requirements for adding a record of the quarterly test gauge accuracy test for you low pressure non-DOT hydrostatic testing, CALSAFE is providing you with a sample of a test log that has a place to include the record of this new test and record requirement. The new regulations require keeping both logs for 13 years so it makes since to combine them.
We are also including a sample of a low pressure DOT test log that you can also use if you are a DOT requalification location with a RIN #.
